- Your RMA request will be responded to within 2 working days.
- All returned product must be packed in its original packing materials or equivalent.
- The RMA number must clearly be posted on the box.
- All products must have a description of the products symptom.
- All products must be sent in secure packaging to avoid any shipping damages.
- DOA units must be returned with complete accessories, otherwise unit will be rejected.
- The authorized RMA number is valid for 30 days only.
- A QXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT FOR ADVANCED REPLACEMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.
