Here's a quick summary of our key Warranty & Return policies.  For full details please check the Warranty tab on the products you are interested in.

  • All new Monitors carry a 3 year Parts & Labor warranty. 
  • Most Home Theater projectors carry a 1 year parts & labor warranty except the lamps which vary by model but many are warranted for the earlier 500 hrs or 6 months.  Most new lamps however are rated for 2000 plus hours.  Some Pro projectors carry a 3 year warranty.

  • All products have a 30 day return for equal replacement or refund.   After 30 days we will usually replace with a refurbished model.

  • All refurbished products carry an industry leading 1 year parts & labor warranty.

  • Out of warranty products, depending on age, can often repaired for parts & labor.  Ask about upgrades or trade-ups on out of warranty items.

  • For Repairs & Returns, shipping is usually via Ground which takes 3-5 business days, each way, depending on location.   Repairs/processing is usually 1 business day,  so total cycle time is 7-11 business days.  Please let our agents know if you need to arrange faster shipping when scheduling work and they will work to accomodate your request.
